$999 Crown Promotion
Terms and Conditions
Offer Overview: This promotion covers the cost of one (1) high-quality dental crown for the fixed price of $999.
Inclusions:
Initial tooth preparation and impression/digital scan.
Fabrication of the crown (Standard Monolithic Zirconia or Porcelain-fused-to-metal, as determined by the dentist).
Temporary crown (if required).
Final fit and cementation of the crown.
Clinical Assessment Required:
A prior consultation and X-ray are mandatory to determine if a crown is the appropriate clinical solution.
The cost of the initial consultation and necessary diagnostic X-rays is not included in the $999 promotional price (unless combined with your $199 New Patient Package).
Exclusions:
Core Build-ups: If the tooth is heavily decayed or broken and requires a "build-up" or post to support the crown, additional fees will apply.
Root Canal Treatment: If the tooth requires root canal therapy prior to the crown being placed, this is a separate procedure with separate costs.
Premium Materials: This offer applies to standard restorative materials. Premium options (e.g., E-max or high-translucency layered porcelain) may incur a surcharge.
Payment Terms:
Full payment of $999 must be settled on the day of the preparation appointment (the first stage of the procedure).
This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or government voucher scheme.
Health Funds:
Patients with private health insurance can claim their rebate on the day via HICAPS. The $999 price is the total fee; the patient will pay the "gap" remaining after their insurance contribution.
Suitability:
The dentist reserves the right to refuse treatment if a crown is deemed clinically unsuitable (e.g., if the tooth has a poor long-term prognosis or requires extraction).
Validity:
Offer available for a limited time and may be withdrawn at the clinic's discretion.
