Terms and Conditions
Offer Overview: This offer includes one (1) Comprehensive Oral Examination, Professional Clean (Scale and Polish), Fluoride Treatment, and up to two (2) Bitewing X-rays for a fixed price of $199.
Eligibility: * This offer is available to all new patients of the clinic.
Limit of one package per person.
Health Fund Patients:
Patients with private health insurance with available dental extras cover can choose to use the "No Gap" (Gap Free) option.
If your health fund rebate for these specific services is higher than $199, the clinic will accept the total rebate as full payment.
If your health fund rebate is lower than $199, the clinic will waive the remaining "gap," IF the health fund rebate is at least $150, otherwise a gap payment may be required.
Clinical Necessity: * Services (specifically X-rays and Fluoride) are subject to clinical necessity as determined by the attending dentist during the appointment.
If the dentist deems a service is not required or is clinically inappropriate for the patient, no discount or refund will be provided for the omitted service.
Exclusions:
Should further treatment be required, a separate, comprehensive treatment plan and quote will be provided.
Booking and Cancellations: * Appointments are subject to availability.
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide notice may result in a cancellation fee or the forfeiture of the promotional price for future bookings.
Duration: This is a limited-time offer and may be withdrawn or amended by the clinic at any time without prior notice.
